品管小组

为了确保食物 ( 品质第一, 服务第一 ) , 品管小组每月固定到达档位检查, 从而在衆多档位中抽選出 冠香(大马乾捞云吞面) 最佳档位. 同时也会分发奖励金给员工.
检查事项包括 :

1) 几点开始营业时间 ?
2) 食物的味道 /煮面的控制 /冷何水的控制 /................
3) 档位 / 器具 /员工的整潔 .
4) 存货量以确保食物新鲜.

Hi Gill, Thanks for your valuable comments and we are very much appreciated. Please do invite your friends to try it out at our stalls and our Puchong stall located at 928 Food Centre-Puteri Mart in Bdr Puteri Puchong. If your friends don't mind travel, maybe they can also try our Subang stalls at Asia cafe-Jln SS15/8A or De Happy Land Restaurant-Jln USJ 14/1L Subang Jaya.
